Pro cabling extension install

we just got everything approved to install pro cable in our company.  we had a 3rd party install and setup our creo 2.0.  my question is, do we need to get ahold of those companies to install this as well?  or is it a plug and play.

thanks

If it is your VAR and they're reasonable, it is always simplest.

It needs a new license installed so someone will need to know where that is, and then it is an installation procedure the same as the original where you simply add the newly licensed option to the install process.  It only installs what it has to, but do not remove any of the already installed items from the list (unless you intend to remove some things "while you're at it" ; )

It could be that your installation only requires the license and new features will magically appear.

Regardless, you have maintenance with your new package so you can also call PTC and open a support case to help walk you through it.

This is already paid for.
