Problem retrieving file in Schematics 3.0 via WGM

We're running Creo Schematics 3.0 M020 with Windchill WGM 10.2 M030-CPS22.

We recently updated out WGM to CPS22.  After the update, we're seeing the issue below when trying to open a file from the workspace.  The file is clearly there, but Schematics says it can't be retrieved.

Deleting and recreating the workspace somehow fixed the issue.
