Problems with joints in AFX

I need help! I'm building a chassi using AFX and, as you can see, it's simetrical. I tried a miter joint in one side (it worked fine), but in the other side it produced a bad joint (the pipes aren't touching each other properly). Image below:

The same problem occured when i tried to use the tool profile cutout. The two pipes are simetrical, but only the left one was cutted correctly (i mean: i could made the cutout with the two pipes below it). In the right pipe i was able to made a cutout with just one of the two pipes below it (when i tried the cutout with the other pipe, a error pop up appeared but with no information about where the problem is). Does anyone knows why does it happen? What's the solution? I intend to use this chassi to make simulations in creo simulate.

I remade the pipes where was happening the problems. It works know =D.
