Proe AAX Feature not obtained

Hello,

I have encountered some problem in proe AXX extension, the features cant obtained even it was already configured in ptcsetup.

Check the version of AAX license in license. This may happen if license version of AAX is not compatible with current version.

You can check this in license file under Summary table, release column.

They use wildfire 5.0 M060

Hello Renz,

License for AAX is compatible up to pre-production release of Wildfire 4.0. It will not work with any of the version starting from Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 F000. It could be due to maintenance. You may check with PTC License Management.

PROE_FoundationAdvAAX license probably contains AAX. Configure Creo to run this license.
