I have analysed a set of aluminium extruded beam which is constrained by End bolt and Nut at both the ends,
i have given a 0.7845 Mpa (8kg/cm.sq) load at the bottom plate. the displacement comes around 14mm,
which is same as from my real time test, my main focus is to look out the set of aluminium extruded beam,
whether it can withstand the load or not? my query is, in von mises stress, where the load comes around 520 Mpa,
on a single small point which is higher than my UTS 320 Mpa. so should i consider it or disregard it ?
if i want to disregard is there any value point ? like it should be within this area or within this permissible load ?
