Quilt Merge

Quilt Merge

Hello,

I am trying to merge two quilts ( quilts are defined fully and are not merged prior). But I keep getting the regen error regardless of direction and sequence of quilts. When I compare it with original model, the arrow (highlighted in blue) is at the bottom of quilt instead on the side. Does this affect the merging of quilts? How can I change the location of arrows to the bottom of the quilt if that helps?

Any other feedbacks are highly appreciated.

This is difficult to diagnose without access to the models.

The quilt intersection topology may not be unique (multiple solutions) in which case the merge will fail.

Try this to investigate:

Create an intersect feature between the two problem quilts and inspect the intersection curve(s) to ensure it has no discontinuities and defines a unique domain when merging the quilts. You may need to trim one or both quilts before merge.
