Repeat Region order

For a repeat region table, how can I make the table index ascending or descending? I want 1 at the bottom and ascending index upward.( Not talking about fix index.) This means where 1 is located in the table top or bottom. Is it the sort command? Anyone know how to do this?

Frank Under the repeat region command you would choose sort and pick which column to sort. Then choose ascending or descending. Many times you have a model that has a part number parameter or name and choose to sort by that. Regards Eric

We have a parameter called "Index"; type of value set to Integer. The first column of our part table is this "index" parameter, so it is this which sets the order of our parts in the table. It's usually not set ahead of time, and we can edit it from within the drawing table or on the model tree. We've found it's the only safe way to stop the part order from mysteriously changing on our drawings.

Thank you both very much.
