Reply to thread not showing up

I have replied to a few threads via email but my reply never comes through...at least I never get it. Anyone else have this problem? Can we not reply to the group via email now?

I do a 'Reply to All' from Outlook without any problems. It goes to the original person plus the exploder list.

"reply to all" using Lotus Notes also works fine

I do a reply to all and then delete everthing except the exploder list.
