Resizing family table columns widths

How do you resize the column widths in family table beside dragging the divider line in the header?

Maybe you already knew this, but I just realized that instead of dragging the divider on the columns of family table that if you double click on it the columns will then be automatically sized to the longest string in any of the rows below.
