I couldn't find any good information after some searching, but I would guess these are made by hydroforming.

Take some S.S. tubing, cut to length, stick it in a forming die and then form it. Then there's some secondary operations for polishing, texturing, labeling, etc.

Hello Adnan,

Are you asking how it's manufactured or how to model it in sheet metal?

If you're trying to model it, try starting with solids and then use the shell option in "convert to sheet metal".

So is this some sort of dental implant?
