HOW TO CREATE SAME MODEL FROM STEP FILE IN CREO IF WE DONT HAVE DRAWING AND PDF OF THAT STEP FILE.

You can open the STEP file and overlay your geometry to the step file geometry.

If you want to delete the step import feature later, you will have to remove all references back to the import model.

Consider the import model an underlay for comparison for your new geometry.

You could also bring the STEP file model into an assembly, then assemble your new natively defined model over it. Use the assembly to check the match of configurations, but do all the model definition in the part file only. Hopefully there's a small number of these to do, it's going to be tedious.
