Seed and boundry in WF5

Hi guru's - ive noticed when changing a surface colour in WF5 that the "seed and boundry" dont seem to be available?

Im also running WF3 and its so much easier.

Anybody having the same problem?

Select the surfaces first (with seed & boundary) then choose the color you want.
