This may be off-subject yet related question. I believe so!
Does any one of the members have to give some tips or document which says about guidelines and requirement for marking part number/serial number of a product/part? For example, we need to mark serial number/mfg date etc on a product which is assembly of several parts. And the marking area should be selected wisely and the part which is getting the markings should have flat surface on that marking area, font size limitations (some times, markings can be done while machining that particular product). The guidelins shall also linked to guidelines within Pro-E modeling methods.
Each and every small tip helps me a lot!
