Show header/Footer in a table using paginate in 2D REPEAT REGION

Dear all,

I am able to use header/footer option when I paginate a normal table created using repet region. (please refer screenshot 1.jpg attached)

But when I am using same option with a table created with 2D REPEAT REGION I am not able to add HEADER/FOOTER with paginate option (please refer attached screenshot 12.jpg) Request you to provide a solution for it.

2D Repeat Regions are not allowed to have headers.  See the help documentation here:

There is a (old) product idea requesting this be added.  Vote it up here:  Display Header in 2D Paginated Repeat Region
