Showing part name instead of balloon.

This should be an easy one.

I have a client that would like the part names to appear in the drawing view instead

of numbered ballons. Is there an easy way to do this from the table menu and parts list?

for instance. "show balloons" but with no balloon and the text of the part name parameter

in the leader instead of the index number.

Add a note with this syntax. The item it's attached to will fill out the parameters, assuming it has those parameters. Watch out for cross sections, you have to attach to a surface not an edge, the edge belongs to the assy.

&<parameter_name>:att_mdl

A note like this shows two lines, the first with the parameter bom_part_no, and the second with the param, bom_description_asm.
&bom_part_no:att_mdl
