Hi, in feature modeling, section sketch, double clicking on a dimension to modify its value doesn't work any more.

This happens since I installed Creo Parametric 9.0.3. on Windows.

Have you tried this on another machine? Have you tried just restarting Creo? Can you share the file? If not then I would suggest opening up a ticket with PTC.
