Split tree between model and layer

Is there a way to view the model tree and the layer tree at the same time in CREO 2.0?  Ideally this would be a split column similar to how in drawing you can see the drawing tree and model tree.

You can't split it but you can separate the layer tree so it displays in it's own window using the option floating_layer_tree..
