Hi All,
We are currently using Creo 2.0 in a marine environment.
We would like to give our shop floor staff access to the models we produce (in .stp format ideally) so that they are able to view them without making the often long walk up to the design office each time. Can anyone recommend a suitable piece of software for this task??
Ive looked at "STP Viewer" but to be honest this is not really up to it, it seems to display everything in a single colour and some components seem to have moved from their correct location??
Any ideas on whats out there??
Thanks a lot, James
James,
I think you can export part/assembly as .pvz file and open it in Creo View Express (its free).

Hello,
I think the best solution is to provide 3D PDF files to your shop floor staff : Anybody can view it with adobe reader.
You can convert your creo files to 3D PDF with CrossManager : http://www.datakit.com/en/cross_manager.php
It can also convert STEP files and many other file formats.
