I just brought in a step file, of a round gear like shape into Pro Eng. The top and bottom are flat surfaces. The rest are shaped. How do I add datum planes to the part other then the flat surfaces. As well it does not want to reference any of the geometry. So how do I take this step file back down to a sketch level or create a sketch so I can work on it. Thank-you
