I had no bites on this one so I opened a call with PTC. They were able to repeat the problem and I was informed that It was isolated to this drawing only. I was told recreating the drawing would fix it and it did. I later found another drawing that simply recreating the drawing would not solve the problem in WF4 M070. When tested in WF4 M090, recreating the drawing did fix it. The development team must have fixed something related to this in build M080 or 90.
