Thank you all for your help.
Bom Table file attached from #2 was created in a newer Pro/E version
therefore I am unable to test it out. However, with the attached custom
balloons symbol and the tutorial link from #4. I am now able to create my
custom BOM symbol as intended.
Once again, your help is greatly appreciated.
