Summary - WF3 Align Angle

Ah yes, you need a 'pivot' type constraint first, an insert or axis
align for example. In this case, I don't really have or need a pivot, I
just need the part oriented at an angle and there isn't a plane at the
angle I need. Oh well, I created a plane.
