Summary (of sorts) - Disobedient component

To answer the questions:

No mechanism constraints
No Intralink
Instance, generic and all components are in session
Simple assembly constraints, 3 planes aligned to three planes. All 3
planes in the assy are in the same component.

I ended up re-assembling it in the instance and then deleting the
columns from the table. It's what I did the first time, but this time
it worked. Odd.
