We have drawing notes that are numbered 1,2,3, etc in a list. We then flag some of those notes with a symbol and then add a second symbol in the field of view of the 2D drawing to correlate an annotation or view with that drawing note. Sometimes a note gets deleted and then a user forgets to delete that same symbol from the field of view.
Does anyone have an automated check for checking that there are at least 2 of the same symbols? Alternatively does anyone know of a better process for achieving what we are trying to achieve?
