Hello,
I am working in Creo 2.0 and all of the sudden my notes, title block information, and BOM became hidden. I have no idea how to unhide this information. Can anyone help me with this?

This may be due to the missing format from your working directory.
Add the format to the directory and then open the drawing and it should look fine.

Check your config option: pro_format_dir
Thank you for the responses. I found out my problem.
I had items in a layer that were hidden that I needed to unhide. Once I did that, all of my notes and titleblock information was visible again.
