Unrelate Note

WF4, M080

I have a drawing with multiple models, an assy and the parts it
contained. The parts are detailed individually and I have a note for
each that pulls parameter info (description, material, etc.) from the
part using the format ¶meter:ID.

On one part, that note is related to the main view for the part, so when
I move the view the note moves. I don't want it related. If I select
the note and go to Edit -> Group the unrelated command is grayed out,
indicating that it's not related. I copied the contents of the note
into a new note and deleted the original, and the new note is still
related to the view and moves with it. I have no snap lines on the view
in question, so it's not tied to a snap line.

How do I break this relationship?
