View Movement

I am using Wildfire 4.0. I opened up a drawing today, and even though Lock View Movement is checked, all of the views had moved. I unchecked Lock View Movement, relocated the views to their locations, rechecked Lock View Movement, and saved the file. Now this afternoon, I open the drawing file, and all of the views are again out of position! What is going on here? Should I NOT lock view movement?

Sounds like you have geometry that is moving realitive to 0,0,0 somewhere in the model that is used on your drawing. Look for family table features or some geometry that regens larger or smaller by a significant amount.

You're right. I had a feature that moved what was a very small distance, but I found that the relationship to 0,0,0 is quite large! Thats' something I'll have to fix!
