In former Releases (Wildfire) it was possible to create a 3D-Note which includes several Parameters. By selecting any of the parameters and editing their content it was possible to edit a complex but standardized model in a very convenient way.
Now in Creo 3D-notes are not easily permanently visible anymore (refer to CS69399 /SPR 2133196). That means this convenient way is not possible anymore (and all our existing models and templates which are using that former nice feature are rather useless now).
I propose to integrate a way to switch Creo back to the former behaviour, e.g. with a config.pro-Option.
Bringing each of the annotations in one visible plane is not to be shown in the model is NOT convenient, because it would need that we switch all (there are many) of the annotations visible separately, while on former releases it was just the toggle switch which shows/hides the annotations in the modeling environment.
