When creating a new part,whether the default type can be changed to sheet metal?

When creating switch to sheetmetal subtype.

If you need to switch automatically you can create mapkey and connect to button, which you can place somewhere on your ribbon.

The mapkey:

mapkey sm @MAPKEY_NAMECreate new sheetmetal part.;\

mapkey(continued) @MAPKEY_LABELNew sheetmetal part;\

mapkey(continued) ~ Command `ProCmdModelNew` ;~ Select `new` `part` 1 `Sheetmetal`;\

mapkey(continued) ~ Activate `new` `OK`;
