Why are the menus and window boarders so bright?

I normally set my background black, and have the colors for the model brighter.  Having all the windows so bright is fatiguing my eyes.  It would be nice to have an option to make those colors darker.

I second this.  I use a dark background because the default off-white makes my eyes bleed.  It would be nice to at least be able to adjust the menu/ribbon colors to match.

Microsoft Office has menu/ribbon "color schemes" that you can choose from.  I don't see why Creo can't follow suit.
