Working directory favorites in Creo 2.0 (gone)

OK, I'm stumped.

We just upgraded our users from Creo 2.0 M40 to Creo 2.0 M120. Before updating the software, we copied the working directory favorites from the default folder location of:
C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\PTC\ProENGINEER\Wildfire\.wf\.Settings\ web_favorites.xml

We have the web_favorites.xml file, no problem. But now can't figure out how to have Creo read this file. Users are complaining that they can't get to their working directory favorites anymore.

Has the default location for this file changed?

I checked the PTC knowledge base, but as usual... I can't locate what I am looking for. I re-started Creo, but to no avail...

Any help would be appreciated.

My path doesn't have the .wf folder.

Our web_favorites.xml file is located here: C:\work_versionxx\ptccache\.Settings\web_favorites.xml

You might want to search for ptccache, and that should find your .Settings directory.
