assembling correct hardware to matching female threaded part

Is there a way in Pro/E to provide/force to assemble the right screw to a sepcific bolt pad (riser).

For example basically I want to be able to assemble only M10 bolt on a M10 female threaded part. Is there an intelligent way in Pro/E forcing the designer to pick up the correct size of screw? May be a warning message is wrong size of a hardware is picked up against a mating thread.

I tried to do this ones. I looked in the rules you can include in the placement interface (not sure of the expression as I have the french version), but unfortunately I didn't found anything to make the search based on a value !
