If you need to open Creo Parametric 2.0 file in old version of Creo/Proe you can use GCRI plugin (Granite Cross Release Interoperability) - see more detail here:

http://www.ptc.com/products/granite/gcri/free-download.htm

..or you can save your model/assembly to neutral file.
