creo part file fatal error

I am using Creo Parametric 7.0 7.0.3.0

Customer reports fatal error while adding critical radius on solid or surface model. 
Attaching snapshot for reference along with traceback.log file.

Here are the errors that I faced

Hi,

I recommend opening a case with PTC Tech Support. It's unlikely folks on the Community will be able to parse the traceback file (myself included).

Also, there's nothing attached in your post.
