drawing cannot be retrieved

I am using Creo Parametric 3.0 M040

'BQ1378M_BODY_WELD_NECK_DN40'

After purging the working directoryI am not able to open the drawing

Here are the errors that I faced
'BQ1378M_BODY_WELD_NECK_DN40' cannot be retrieved

Is the part (or assembly) 'BQ1378M_BODY_WELD_NECK_DN40' available in the working directory? Or in another folder? Creo does not track folder locations of files. If you need to include other folders, you will need to add search path options to your config.pro.
