elbow length & drag handles

Ok - Really missing the drag handles on the drawing dimensions.
I need change the elbow length of the leader on a shown diameter dimension.
How you do dat?

So, for PTC folks listening, what is the reason behind the obfuscation? I think I can venture a guess, but it would be interesting to know.
