geometry check

In 3D modeling, if it has geometry check. Would that mean the model has an error?

It depends on severity. I believe it is just letting you know there may be something noteworthy where you can simply reply with "ignore". The error is described in the text in the lower panel.

If you had a true error that requires attention, your regeneration manager at the bottom of the Creo window will go yellow or red.
