how to create the coordinate system for assembly in jlink coding

I need to create the  datum coordinate for components (fix constraints part) and I need to change the constraints automatically through this particular comoonent created coordinate and assembly default coordinate. jlink coding

How the coor sys should be created ? On existing geometry or predefined reference or .. ?
