Also, during Creo Parametric 2.0 installation, you have to click Customize button and select Advanced Framework Extension option.

With the PTC Creo Parametric versions they changed the name to AFX (Advanced Framework Extension). You will have to enable the config option afx_enabled to yes. That will load the Lite version. You will also need to modify your .psf file as well if you havent already to call out the license feature if you need the full version of AFX.
