how to switch over to different templates in schematics?

where Can I check which template used for that design and how to switch over the templates?

To select a different drawing template/ format in the diagramming ribbon click "Change Sheet format" and selet your new drawing template

I checked that option, it shwoing only limited options. is any alternative?

The tool will only show you formats that the sheet content will fit in.

As an alternative create a new sheet with the template you want and use the move to sheet tool
