I tried to make this, everything is visible, but not quite clear as for what dimension was added to relation and or it was arc or conic selection of reference etc.
if anyone could shed some light on it .that be very helpful
i am attaching the snapshots of the problem along with method which i am not possibly able to recreate.

Hi,
I have created correct model for you - se the attachement
I have used the relation: sd9=75+sin(trajpar*360*NUMBER_OF_ARMS)*AMPLITUDE
75 - is main diameter of circle (see the SKETCH_1)
You can change NUMBER_OF_ARMS and AMPLITUDE parameters (Tools>Parameters)

wow that was lighting fast response, thank you so much.
i tried with using conic so that it can be tangent to other half in mirror .it's not woking with conic instead of arc.
You can use conic feature, arc or spline - do not forget create correct constraints (Perpendicular) or create dimensions - see the model: badminton_basket.prt.1.zip
