Hi Dennis...
There's no drawing option (or config.pro option) which would prevent you from being able to RMB to select properties. I'm sure you've already insured that the window was Activated. In fact, I'm sure you've tried most things already. Most of the following suggestions will probably not help but when you're against the wall anyway, maybe you'll get lucky:
- If you're in a multi-model drawing, be sure you've activated the correct model before attempting to modify the dimension properties. The same goes for drawings with multiple simplified reps.
- Try pulling out a slightly older version of the drawing with the problem. See if the problem persists. If NOT, you've got a corrupted file. This is a rare occurence but does happen. Sometimes you have to step back an iteration or two and then proceed forward.
- Try COPYING the drawing to a new name. Open the new drawing and see if the problem persists. If not, rename the old drawing to something like "old_drawing_obsolete.drw" and rename the new one to the number/name you need.
- If none of these options help, try working around the problem. There are alternate methods of adding text to a dimension, changing the number of decimal places, and adding/removing GTOLS rather than using the Properties menu. We're going back about 6 years, but if you need help please let me know and I'll see if I can dig up the screen picks you need
