Good afternoon,
One of my co-worker is temporally using a workstation with
XP 32 bit and working on assemblies and he is having issues working in a
small assembly. When he opens up the assembly and starts to assemble
components the assembly constraint dialog box is all screwy looking and he
is not able constrain the component to the assembly. After that I can't edit
any new or existing features in any of the components. Then I will get the
dreaded PTC kill screen. I am able to reproduce it again and again. I have
ruled out network permissions, video card, video card drivers, and Creo
versions.
I opened the assembly up on my 64 bit workstation and everything works fine.
No problems. Also tried it on a UNIX box and it works fine too. Just the XP
32 bit workstation is giving me fits. I also tried it on another XP 32 bit
workstation and same issue.
I am on Windows 7 64 bit
Creo M090
Nvidia video card
His computer Windows XP 32 bit
Creo M090 & M100
Nvidia video card
Thanks.
