ptc_common_name lost symbol in relation - assembly feature info

we are using Creo 6.0.6.0 and Windchill 11.0 M030-CPS16

seeing issues with server status on "locked files" - Creo server status shows "modified in session"

issue with lost symbol - PTC_COMMON_NAME in component (part) relation TITLE=PTC_COMMON_NAME

assy feature info. shows lost symbol

any ideas why this might be happening
