I would like to know how is this done on Pro/E or Creo?

 

 

looks like an xray to the part.

Easy...

Create a planar section that passes throught the center axis of the screw holes.

Now in the plan view, create a Broken section to show the section inside.

The picture below would indicate your requirement.
