solid axis on a drawing

I am doing a drawing in Creo 2.0 and the axis is showing as a solid axis. How do I change the axis back to a normal dashed and dotted axis?

The length may be too short for the scale. Try dragging the ends to increase the length

Scale is 1-1, and the part is 3". The drawing was good until I checked it into windchill and then had to update the windchill.
