Hello guys!

I have an issue with my creo view app, I installed it in a new Lenovo laptop with AMD Radeon graphic card but when I want to print or save a draw as PDF, the app is closed automatically, I already installed updated drivers and windows 10 updates but the issue has not been resolved, Does any have an idea about how can I fix it?

What version of Creo View are you using?

I have tried with different versions (4.2, 5.1, 7.1 and 8.1)
