I am using Creo Schematics 3.0 M020
We have the below Creo Schematics / WGm / Windchill.
We find issues when we try to use WGM/Creo schematics on our company VPN, when we connect Creo Schematics/WGM to windchill using LAN/Ethernet it works fine, when we connect via VPN, it fails to open the dataset (.RSD) file, it says file is outdated. After that even if we try to reconnect using LAN, it does not work, only way is to re-install the Schematics software. Is this a known issue??
