Error when running Creo Flow Analysis

Good afternoon 

 I am running Creo flow analysis with a heat air coolant heat exchanger. However when I try to run the model after meshing I receive a dialog box that states "bad allocation". What does this mean exactly?

will you show the dialog picture? and did you create the fluid domain?

Hello, it is a known issue, the latest version should get it fixed. Could you please upgrade to the latest version or contact to your support? In the mean time, if you save the project and close the model and open it again, it should work. Thanks.
