How to make a analysis on oak

This is a continuation of this discussion, which was unfortunately started as a Document:

I have added the results of the hand calculations that I made on the http://www.amesweb.info/ website.

If I use shells I also get results of 19.8mm, so not how Ruben got to 11 13.1mm. Maybe it is because he distributed the loads over a small area, instead of using point loads?

I don't know why I get that result either! And I accidentally attached the wrong model and erase it the model of the video . Somebody just marked something as right answer, is driving me crazy.
